A birthday layout, using the George Cartridge, it was the first cartridge I got because it came with my baby bug. I cut the Birthday Blessings and the shadow blackout of the word. I also cut the balloons and the brackets from the same cartridge. I used Stampin' Up paper for all. And then some silver decorative trim to make the strings for the balloons.Monday, January 31, 2011
